• Observe and adhere to electrical guidelines when placing your thermorail in wet areas.
• IP55 rating meaning this product line is protected from low pressure water jets.
• This appliance is intended to warm and dry towels, and therefore is hot to touch. Close supervision of young children or infirm persons is required.
• Do not immerse your thermorail in any liquid.
• Ensure that your Thermorail is protected by a suitably rated RCD circuit.
• Ensure the transformer is located no further than 2m from the Thermorail and that it is accessible and has adequate ventilation.
• Ensure multiple thermorails are wired in parralel.

Jeeves Heated Towel Rails

• IPX5 rating meaning this product line is protected against low pressure jets of water from all directions, limited ingress permitted.
• Thermorail strongly advises that a qualified electritician installs the rail in compliance with local regulations.
• Jeeves towel rail must be installed in an upright position with the element located at the bottom, as thermal fluid level is critical for both safety and correct heating.
• Strict adherence to installation is required.
• As with standard towel rails, be cautious when using around children or infirm persons due to risk of burns.

The stainless steel is very hardwearing and easy to maintain. Cleaning the towel rail should be done with a soft cloth and avoid hard scrubbing, scratching or using acid based cleaning products.
