30 Day Easy Returns and Exchanges
If you've made a mistake or changed your mind about one or more of the products you purchased, we understand, these things happen. Just jump into our Returns Portal to organise a return. If you need assistance, reach out to our Customer Experience team and they will help you amend the order and, if necessary, get the gear back to us.
If you change your mind and let us know within 24 hours of ordering, there's no charge. If you change your mind after the 24 hours but within 30 days, there will be a small charge and, if the goods were shipped, we will charge for the shipping and return shipping.
