Are there any issues around high demand and COVID-19?

Yes there are. With a renovation boom, increased demand for trades, international shipping delays and COVID restrictions, there is a much higher demand for renovation gear and quick delivery. Because of this, supply of some products and materials may be limited.

With no border restrictions on freight, we continue to deliver Nationwide. Our couriers, however, are experiencing higher than normal demand and therefore your order may experience delays.

Please bear with us as we work through these issues and we will notify you should any delays be identified. If you need something urgently please contact us as we are here to help on 1300 788 653 or use the live chat icon on the bottom right side of this page.

How does delivery work?

We aim to deliver your order as economically as possible.

Once your order has been placed we will despatch your items as quickly as possible.

Smaller items are despatched by post or courier and larger items by our courier network or own drivers in Sydney.

Unless otherwise arranged with Bathroom Warehouse, the charge for delivery is on the condition that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large heavy goods such as vanities, shower screens etc.

The delivery charge covers delivery of large and heavy items to a driveway / front of house / curb etc, not into a house or building. If delivery is required into the premises, please contact your local store for a quote.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We keep a wide range of our most popular products in stock in our Sydney Distribution Centre, for all other items we have daily deliveries from our suppliers and usually ship these out to you within 24 hours of when they are delivered to us.

All our products will display a shipping speed based on your postcode:

Quick Ship - We keep these in stock in our Sydney DC and will dispatch them on the same day if ordered before 12pm on a business day, or the next business day if ordered after. These items will usually arrive within 1 - 2 business days to most metro areas.

Regular Ship - 7 to 12 business days on these products as we don't hold them in our DC but have daily deliveries from our suppliers.

Custom Ship - These items are made to order and usually arrive to your home in 3 - 4 weeks.

Stone Bath Delivery

Stone baths are delivered to homes using a tail lift truck and specialised driver, however they can only be delivered to the closest available flat location nearest your home entry.

Once your order has been placed, your items will be dispatched directly from our stone bath supplier as soon as they are available.

Someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Please note that if no one is home to accept the goods, additional delivery fees may be charged for re-delivery

The delivery charge covers weekday delivery to a driveway / front of house / curb etc, (note - sufficient parking must be available) not into a house or building.

Delivery to a driveway is only if the driveway is deemed as easily accessible by the courier. If the courier deems driveway to be unsafe for delivery, the bath will be returned to a depot for the customer to organise their own collection.

Packaging - our stone baths are carefully packaged in padded timber crates which protect them during shipping, and should they have to wait on site for installation.

Can I get items delivered somewhere other than my billing address?

You can definitely send an order to a different address than your billing address.

When you place your order just be sure to change the shipping address to where you would like it delivered. Tax invoices are not included in your dispatched parcel - these are emailed to the account holder so the person who is receiving the order won't see a thing - it can be our little secret!

Can I select a delivery day and time?

Please contact us to request a delivery date, however this can not be guaranteed, and we are unable to specify an exact delivery time as we use a courier service for the majority of our deliveries. We deliver Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Do you deliver?

Of course, it is the only way to shop online! We offer our products for delivery by couriers and Australia Post Nationally and our own trucks (in Sydney)

How much is delivery?

This depends on the delivery location and what is in your shopping cart. For an accurate delivery cost, please use the shipping calculator on product pages or in the shopping cart and checkout for a combined order.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE delivery nationally on orders of small items such as taps, showers and bathroom accessories over $100.

We do offer FREE Delivery to metro areas as detailed below:

Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra Metro - FREE Shipping over $500* - please note surcharges do apply (see Delivery Terms and Conditions)

Adelaide Metro - FREE Shipping over $1,000* Please note surcharges do apply

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania, please use the shipping calculator on product pages, cart and checkout to determine shipping costs and speeds

Do you deliver to Parcel Lockers?

Parcel locker deliveries* can be made however you must open an account with MyPost and agree to their terms and conditions.

A Parcel Locker is a secure storage space where you have 48 hours to collect your parcel.

You can find Parcel Lockers at over 250 locations across Australia. They're outside Post Offices, service stations and 7-Eleven stores.

*Please note, bulky items/larger than normal orders can not be delivered to a parcel locker.

Do you offer express shipping?

If you would like a product fast then use order products marked with "Quick Ship" as these are our most popular products and kept in stock in our Sydney DC.

Do you ship to a PO box

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, but please note larger items cannot be sent to a PO Box, only taps and bathroom accessories are acceptable.

Can I order online and pick up the item(s) from your warehouse?

Our DC is not setup for pickup orders. if an item is urgent please call us on 1300 788 653 and we will expedite shipping where possible

Can you get it here faster?

My stone bath is due in a week and I need a crane to get it into the top story of my home, should I go ahead and book the crane for that day?

Definately not. While our suppliers and couriers make every effort to deliver on schedule, there can always be hold ups and crane time is expensive. Book it after the bath has arrived.

I want my delivery to be taken upstairs, will the courier do this?

This is not included in delivery. The delivery charge covers delivery of large and heavy items to a driveway / front of house / curb etc (note - sufficient parking must be available) not into a house or building. If delivery is required into the premises, please email for a quote.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

*Exclusion of Baths, Spas and Vanities from FREE Shipping

Baths, spas and vanities are excluded from our free shipping offers as their size, weight and cost incur additional delivery and insurance charges.

Standard Delivery Fees include a single delivery
Delivery fees are based on a single delivery only. Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed for an additional fee.

Delivery Times
For an accurate delivery time estimate please refer to the shopping cart page after your postcode has been entered. Please note: if your cart has a mixture of items with Quick, Regular or Custom Ship times, we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Please call us on 1300 788 653 if you need split deliveries, which can be arranged for a fee.

Remote Locations
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

Transit Damage
All our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe.

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.

Authority to Leave
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

Quick Ship Items
Please be advised some Quick Ship products are at a limited quantity. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount, our team will contact you and send out what is currently available.

Out of Stock Products
We hold a wide range of stock in our Sydney distribution centre with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you ASAP after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time.

Free Delivery
Free delivery of products is based on all items being shipped in the one delivery and may not be included on quotes, trade quotes or price match requests.
