Promotion

OLIVERI® Bathroomware House Visa Gift Card

Summary

Summary: Eligible Customers who purchase Eligible Product from a Participating Bathroomware House Business during the Promotional Period, and submit an Eligible Claim during the Claim Period, will receive a Gift with Purchase.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

The Promotion is conducted by Oliveri Solutions Pty Limited located at 51 Naweena Road Regency Park SA 5010 Australia.

Gift with Purchase

Gift with Purchase Eligible customers that spend $299 or more (incl GST) on Eligible Products in a single transaction will receive a Visa Gift Card valued at $20.

Or

Eligible customers that spend $599 or more (incl GST) on Eligible Products in a single transaction will receive a Visa Gift Card valued at $50.

Gift card will be sent to the address provided in the claim, once redemption is approved.

Promotional Period

State Date and Time - Thursday 1 October 2020 at 9am (Adelaide time)

End Date and Time - Thursday 31 December 2020 at 11:59pm (Adelaide time)

Participating Store

The Promotion is only available on Eligible Product purchased at retailers authorised by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion, who are located in Australia. Includes both physical shop fronts and online stores operated by such retailers.

Eligible Customers

Participation in the Promotion is open to retail customers of the Participating Stores only. Employees of the Promoter or of a Participating Store, and immediate family members of any employee of the Promoter or of a Participating Store, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Eligible Product

An Eligible Customer must spend a minimum of AU$299 (including GST) on Oliveri branded products in a single transaction.
Eligible Product expressly excludes purchase of second hand goods or demonstration models and any other associated costs such as delivery, installation, extended warranty or otherwise.

Eligible Claim

To participate in the Promotion and qualify to receive via redemption the relevant Gift with Purchase, an Eligible Customer must:

(a) be a resident of Australia aged 18 years and over;

(b) purchase* Eligible Product during the Promotional Period from a Participating Store;

(c) pay for the Eligible Product in full during the Promotional Period (excludes lay-bys, payment plans and similar instalment payment options);

(d) keep their proof of payment receipt for the Eligible Product;

(e) go to the Redemption Website and complete the online form (including scanning a copy of the proof of purchase receipt for the Eligible Product) during the Claim Period;

(f) have otherwise complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Claims can only be made by the purchaser of the Eligible Product and claims on their behalf or by any other person will be invalid.  

(*Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount and excludes purchases which use points/rewards from a third party loyalty program as full or part payment.)

Redemption Limits

Multiple participation in the Promotion is not permitted. There is a limit of one (1) Gift with Purchase per Eligible Customer.

Redemption Delivery Period

The Gift with Purchase will be emailed (at no cost) to the email address provided by the Eligible Customer on the online form within 60 days from the date their Eligible Claim is deemed valid by the Promoter. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any errors or misprints of the email address by the Eligible Customer.

General Terms

1. The standard terms and conditions of sale of the Participating Store apply to all Eligible Product purchased by an Eligible Customer.

2. The Gift with Purchase is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Gift with Purchase values are in Australian dollars. If a Gift with Purchase is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gift with Purchase with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.

3. This Promotion is not open to companies, businesses, organisations, body corporate bodies, groups, trade customers or resellers or distributors of products or anyone acting on their behalf. Excludes projects and commercial orders.

4. Proof of payment receipts must clearly specify the Participating Store, the Eligible Product purchased, the purchase price of the Eligible Product and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period. Eligible Customers must retain their proof of purchase in the event that the Promoter requests further verification of the receipt.  

5. The Promotional Period may be extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion.  

6. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred when accessing the Redemption Website, or for any failure or service interruption of the Redemption Website at any time.  

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Customers (including an Eligible Customer’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Customer who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.  

8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

9. If Eligible Product is returned to the Participating Store or any other store, and the item has not failed to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the Eligible Customer will not be entitled to redeem the Gift with Purchase, or must return the Gift with Purchase at the same time as the Eligible Product.

10. An Eligible Customer redeems and uses the Gift with Purchase at their own risk.

11. The Gift with Purchase is supplied by independent 3rd party suppliers and is subject to the terms and conditions of all 3rd party suppliers comprising the goods. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality of services or goods provided by 3rd party suppliers of goods and services forming part of the Gift with Purchase. The Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter gives no representation, no advice, no warranty, no undertaking, no promise and no forecast in relation to the Gift with Purchase or its merchantability, quality, quantity, fitness or suitability for any purpose.

13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability for any claim, liability, loss or damage (including personal injury, death, property damage, and any liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of opportunity and any kind of indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which is suffered or sustained by any individual including any Eligible Customer in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift with Purchase, including without limitation as a result of receiving the Gift with Purchase, any tax liability, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control), any Gift with Purchase that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its suppliers, contractors or agents or any person associated with any of them or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.  

14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including by reason of, but not limited to, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

Summary

Eligible Customers who purchase Eligible Product from a Participating Business during the Promotional Period, and submit an Eligible Claim during the Claim Period, will receive a Gift with Purchase.

Eligible customers that spend $799 or more (incl GST) on Eligible Products in a single transaction will receive a Restaurant Gift Card valued at $100.  

This gift card can be used at any restaurant that accepts prepaid MasterCard. Not valid at fast food and quick service restaurants. Gift card subject to individual merchant acceptance. Important note about coronavirus

The global effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus is presenting tough choices for all businesses. We are closely following daily developments to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff while keeping Bathroomware House running. Please note that we are reducing display centre hours, initially by not trading on Sundays or Mondays, but possibly further in the very near future as the situation develops and Government advice and requirements dictate. We update our shopping hours on this website and on Google Business. If in doubt, please call your closest display centre for info.

As we are an online business with physical display centres, we encourage you to buy online and are offering full phone support to facilitate your decisions in these difficult times. If you are unsure about going out, please don't hesitate to call your closest Display Centre to discuss your requirements.

Current Sale Terms Conditions

The Bathroomware House "Big Bubbly Sale" will commence on Tuesday 1 December 2020 and will continue until Sunday 31 January 2021, or when Bathroomware House deems suitable or while stocks last. Bathroomware House reserves the right to run other sales in conjunction which may or may not be tied to an advertised timeframe. The same terms and conditions apply to those sales.

Bathroomware House reserves the right to conclude or extend sales without prior notice.

All discounts advertised are discounts on the Bathroomware House list price.

At Bathroomware House's sole discretion, the price of products sold during the promotional period shall be either: (a) as indicated on sale promotional signage in the display centre or as advertised; or (b) as shown on bathroomwarehouse.com.au or (c) as indicated on invoices provided by Bathroomware House to the Buyer in respect of products supplied.

Quotes provided by Bathroomware House during the promotional period will be honoured for a maximum of seven (7) days or until the end of the promotional period.

Bathroomware House reserves the right to change the price of any product within the promotional period without prior notice.

Discounts on tapware exclude any ZIP or filtered tapware products. These will continue to be sold at the normal prices.

At Bathroomware House's sole discretion a deposit may be required. A sale/purchase only exists if Bathroomware House has received the required deposit or full payment.

All standard Bathroomware House Terms & Conditions still apply during the promotional period unless otherwise stated in writing.

Website Terms and Conditions

Bathroomware House has showrooms in many cities which can be found through our Store Finder. Terms and conditions for items purchased at any of these showrooms differ from the following terms and conditions and are clearly displayed in each showroom or can be viewed at our Terms and Conditions of Sale page.

Website Terms and Conditions

If Bathroomware House agrees to accept a return of all or some of the ordered goods, Bathroomware House reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee equivalent to 25% of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight). Freight arrangement and cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that goods must not have been installed and must be returned in original and saleable condition. Please check specifications with your plumber or builder before ordering. Whilst all care is taken with assisting our clients, we are not physically on-site and most situations require a qualified trade to confirm your specific plumbing needs.

Vanities and other custom made goods are unable to be returned unless Bathroomware House supplied the goods outside of the agreed specifications, in which case a full refund will be forthcoming.

The customer needs to provide written approval of all specifications on customised products prior to placement of order.

A full refund, exchange or repair of goods will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is proven faulty
  • The product is not as described by supplier specifications
  • The product does not function as per the appropriate technical specification and
  • if the goods have not been installed, are in saleable condition and in the undamaged original packaging

 
* No refund or exchange will be given:

  • on faulty or incorrectly supplied items not immediately reported upon receipt of goods
  • on customised products as approved by the client
  • for change of mind purposes
  • if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere
  • if goods have been installed or installation of the goods has been attempted
  • if the goods are no longer in a saleable condition

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Dear Customer,

Thank you for purchasing from Bathroomware House. We want you to have a great experience when dealing with us and ask that you take a few minutes to read the following terms and conditions.

Quotations

  • If a quotation is accepted, it will be treated as a placement of an order by the customer.

  • All quotations have an expiry date which is the sooner of 30 days from the quotation date or as displayed on the quote. If a quotation is expired, it will need to be reconfirmed in writing before it can be accepted.

  • Each quotation is based on the information and documentation you have provided and on the basis that goods will be collected from the branch at which the order is placed or delivered as detailed on the quotation.

  • Each quotation may only be accepted in its entirety.

  • A quotation may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

  • Bathroomware House reserves the right to modify or withdraw a quote containing errors.

Orders

  • At the time you place your order we need to take a deposit. This is usually 50% or as discussed with your sales consultant.

  • For custom made goods and orders under $100, full payment is required at time of ordering.

  • Any goods that are custom made or custom cut are non-returnable as our suppliers will not take them back. Please choose carefully.

  • Once an order has been placed and we have received the goods, a manufacturer’s handling charge may be applicable if changes are made to the order. Please choose carefully.

  • In confirming an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have not relied upon, and Bathroomware House is not liable for, any advice given by Bathroomware House, its employees, agents or representatives in relation to the suitability for any purpose of the Goods.

Pickup and Delivery

  • When your order is ready, we will contact you to organise pick-up or delivery.

  • A delivery fee will need to be charged for each and every delivery unless free shipping* has been offered. A standard delivery fee covers a single person to ground floor only. If you have additional requirements please let us know so that we can make suitable arrangements.

  • When requesting a delivery, please give us at least notice so that we can schedule your delivery and have your goods on-site when you need them.

  • You need to collect or accept delivery of goods within 7 calendar days of being notified by Bathroomware House consultants unless prior arrangements have been confirmed. After 7 days, goods will be stored off site at a cost of $66 per pallet per month or part thereof.

  • On pickup or delivery, you need to immediately open boxes and check the condition and correctness of all products. Items that are damaged or not as ordered must be reported to the relevant display centre within 2 business days and supported with photographic evidence of the same. Installation of these items must not be attempted

  • Please note that someone must be home to accept delivery. If no one is home to accept the goods, additional delivery fees may be charged for re-delivery

Payment

  • Full payment for goods is required prior to any pickup or delivery occurring.

  • We have a number of payment methods available. You can choose from Cash, Bank Transfer, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa.

Warranties

  • All Goods supplied are covered by warranties as specified by the manufacturer and supplied subject to product standards detailed by the manufacturer.

  • On discovery of any defect in the Goods, you must immediately notify our display centre in writing of the defect, including photos if possible. Please do not carry out any remedial work to alleged defective Goods without first obtaining our written consent to do so as this could void the warranty.

Returns

  • All returns for refund MUST be accompanied by a Return Authority and the correct proof of sale documentation. A full refund, exchange or repair of goods will be considered under the following circumstances:

    • if the product is proven faulty

    • if the product is not as described by supplier specifications

    • if the product does not function as per the appropriate technical specification

    • if the product does not match the sample in the display centre

and

  • if the goods have not been installed, are in saleable condition and in the undamaged original packaging
  • If a discretionary refund is approved outside the abovementioned circumstances, a Restocking Fee of 25% of the current value of the goods may be charged to the client.
  • No refund or exchange will be given:
    • on faulty or incorrectly supplied items not immediately reported upon receipt of goods
    • on customised products as approved by the client
    • for change of mind purposes
    • if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere
    • if goods have been installed or installation of the goods has been attempted
    • if the goods are no longer in a saleable condition or not packed in the original undamaged packaging.

Custom Items

Custom items are manufactured to your order. We will call to confirm specifications. Once you are happy, we will place the order with the supplier.
