Do your products come with a full Manufacturers Warranty?

Yes, the warranties are supported by the individual suppliers of the products so they will vary from brand to brand. The warranty periods for the bathroom products are noted in the Product page for each product on this website.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty period depends on the specific product. Each product in store has the warranty period displayed on the product label. On bathroomwarehouse.com.au, the warranty is shown on the product page and detailed in the description.

Please note, different warranty periods can apply for a single product. Eg, a single toilet may have:
15 year warranty on the vitreous china
3 year warranty on valve parts
1 year on site parts and labour
25 years spare parts availability guarantee

What happens if my bathroom products break within the Manufacturer Warranty period?

Bathroom Warehouse only deals with manufacturers that supply a warranty on their products. Should the products be defective, the manufacturer will be contacted to arrange a service call or spare parts. The manufacturer will arrange a suitable time for a local service agent to attend and fix the problem. You must have your original invoice to act as proof of purchase.

Will someone come to my house to fix it?

If the warranty specifies on site support or parts and labour, this is covered if required.

Eg: 1 year replacement warranty on parts and labour or First 12 months On site Support

If a product is faulty then is installed, does the warranty still cover it?

If an item is faulty, it should not be installed. Please inspect all items within 2 days of receipt and report any fault or damage immediately.

The exceptions to this are tapware and toilets as a fault may not be apparent until after installation. Please report any fault immediately and the warranty will cover if the fault is from manufacture.
