1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bathroom Warehouse “Up to $300 Cashback” offer (Offer). Participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Bathroom Warehouse Australia Pty Ltd ABN 72 091 765 874. (“Promoter”).
3. The Offer commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 18 July 2022 and runs monthly until 31 December 2022, unless decided otherwise (“Offer Period”).
4. "Eligible Products" include any products that are purchased from the Promoter and images posted during the Offer Period.
5. Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these terms and conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer (quotes and discounts). Claims must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
6. The Offer is:
   1. Receive up to $300 cashback on the Eligible products in your order.
   2. To receive the full $300, you must have purchased $300 or more worth of Eligible Products. If the total value of Eligible Products is lower than $300, you will receive the dollar amount spent on Eligible Products. So it is clear, here are three examples:
      
      1. You spent $1,000 on Eligible Products and are the winner! You will receive $300 back
      2. You spent $300 on Eligible Products and are the winner! You will receive $300 back
      3. You spent $200 on Eligible Products and are the winner! You will receive $200 back
7. The cashback is calculated on the customer purchase price of Eligible Products only; it will not include the customer purchase price of any products outside this transaction. It will not include any installation costs, delivery fees, extended warranty, spare parts and any other costs/fees imposed by the retailer or any other person.
8. The cashback offer will only apply to the products shown in the image.
9. The winner will be chosen by the Promoter, announced and contacted on the 18th of the month (if this date falls on a weekend, the winner will be contacted on the next business day) via Instagram, phone call or email.
10. The Cashback amount will be refunded to the original order number that the products have been purchased on, and will be refunded back to the original payment method. This is not transferable for any other form of payment.
11. By entering this competition, you are giving Bathroom Warehouse consent to use the images on all Bathroom Warehouse platforms.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for this offer, each claimant must:
   1. Purchase products from Bathroom Warehouse.
   2. Be following @bathroomwarehouse on Instagram at the time of posting your photo.
   3. Post a photo on Instagram with your products installed in your bathroom, kitchen, or laundry and tagging @bathroomwarehouse in the photo & using the hashtag #BWcashback
   4. The cashback offer will only apply to the products shown in the image.
2. Claims made after the Offer Period will not be accepted.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the registration process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. If a Participating Product is returned for a refund, exchange, or purchase is not finalised, the offer is disqualified for the product in question and the claimant will not be refunded that portion of the return price.
