Streamline Products offers a 7 year domestic use parts replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, such as casting porosity and chromium plating. Mechanical parts such as hinges, pumps and brushes are covered by a 1 year parts only warranty.

15 years replacement cartridge
7 years product or parts warranty on construction and materials
1 year replacement product or parts and labour
Showers:
15 years replacement products or parts
1 year replacement product or parts and labour
Gala Basins:
10 years warranty
Toilets:
10 year domestic use warranty against manufacturing defects on the chinaware component of the product. The first year is for parts and labour with the balance of the warranty being for product replacement only. Mechanical parts such as hoses, inlet and outlet valves, seals, toilet seats and covers are covered by a 12 month warranty.
