Fienza Baths

Matte White Cast Stone Solid Surface

• We recommend weekly cleaning with mild soapy water or anon-abrasive bathroom cleaner
• Never use harsh detergents, citrus-based cleaners or abrasivecleaners, as these will scratch the surface. Use of unsuitable cleaners may damage the surface and will not be covered by warranty
• Never use metal scourers on this product
• Where your bath remains dry, a soft cloth can be used to remove surface dust
• Use of wax-based furniture cream should be avoided as these can result in a build-up of deposits which could detract from the appearance
• Do not use undue pressure and wipe in one direction only
• Keep hair dye away from this product to avoid staining.

It may be possible to polish away very fine scratches by scrubbing gently with a soft brush or plastic pad and a mild abrasive cream cleanser. Afterwards, wash the whole area with plenty of clean water, and re-polish as before.

If the mark or scuff does not come out, we recommend using Gumption. Please note, overuse of Gumption over a long period of time may have a negative effect on the finish.

Coloured Cast Stone Solid Surface

Cleaning coloured cast stone solid surface products is the same as cleaning matte white products, however coloured cast stone solid surface products cannot be sanded to repair scratches or dents. This will damage the outer painted surface and potentially expose the white inner core. Coloured cast stone solid surface products can only be repaired by a professional solid surface bath repairer.

Resin Stone

Cleaning resin stone baths is the same as cleaning matte white products, however, chips or scratches more than 2mm thick will expose the resin and can only be repaired by a professional acrylic or solid surface bath repairer. Do not attempt to use sand paper on this product.
