* Replacement product or parts warranty covers the product should it leak or malfunction.
* Chrome finish is subject to a 7 year replacement product or parts.
* All other finishes are subject to a 1 year replacement product or parts.

** The diverter cartridge is applied for shower system only.

All finishes on soap dish, contact surface between bracket and shower hose are not covered by warranty. Other exclusions to the warranty include O-rings and washers.

• Insurance on all product deliveries. Please note, goods need to be inspected within 24 hours of delivery for breakages
• Fee free change of mind policy if changing your mind within 24 hours of purchasing

Hellycar Showers

• Often clean surfaces, ideally with water and a sponge or cotton cloth. Wipe gently and rinse with water.
• If cleaning with water fails, use neutral cleaning detergents, then rinse with water. Do not leave detergent to dry on the surface (before using the cleaning detergents please try to use in an inconspicious area to test, then apply to the entire surface once you have confirmed it is safe). Do not use any abrasive cleaners or acidic detergents on the surface. Damaged caused by cleaning methods will not be covered by the warranty.
