Radiant Heating was established in 2004, and since has grown to become one of the largest and most respected suppliers of heated towel rails, electric under floor heating and other associated products in Australia. They have systems that cater for renovations, new house builds and commercial scale jobs and their excellent warranties attest to their confidence in the quality of their products.
Radiant heated towel rails are manufactured from stainless steel and it is recommended that you clean them regularly with a soft damp cloth. If you need to use a cleaning product you should only use a product suitable for cleaning a polished stainless steel surface.
All Radiant Heated Towel Rails have an IP rating of IP55, meaning they are protected from low pressure water jets and spray.
Radiant recommends installation should be 300mm above floor level to avoid hazards and the cord extention must be positioned so that it is not subject to splashing or ingress of moisture.
Radiant's towel rails are designed to reach a temperature of 50-60 degrees Celcius, however they may exceed this temperature depending on bathroom temperature or if there is a folded towel on them or not.
Radiant towel rails are designed to dry towels, not to hold with your hands, and may be painfully hot to touch.

It is not recommended to install 304 grade stainless steel fixtures & fittings (including towel rails) in coastal areas within close proximity of breaking surf & where there is a risk of the prevailing wind bringing the moist salty air into contact with the fittings. Where these are installed, regular cleaning & maintenance is often required to avoid any build up of salt & related corrosion.
For this reason, our warranty is strictly limited when appliances are installed in close proximity to breaking surf & we therefore do not recommend installation of our 304 grade stainless steel towel rails & floor grates in these areas unless they can be cleaned on a weekly basis.

Heated towel rails can be switched on and off as needed. They can also controlled with timers so your towels are toasty warm when you want them but still power saving and efficient.
